Site information
Cookie and local storage information
How essential browser storage, account sessions and optional analytics choices work on PlugTally.
PlugTally uses essential browser storage so calculators, guest data and account sessions can work. Optional analytics is controlled separately.
Essential PlugTally storage
rcc_tariff_v1— saved electricity pricercc_basket_v1— household basketrcc_planner_v1— planner rows and notesrcc_history_v1— recent calculationsrcc_preferences_v1— consent and interface choicesrcc_account_owner_v1— helps keep local account data separated between signed-in users
Account-session storage
Supabase stores an authentication session token in the browser after a successful sign-in. This is essential for recognising the signed-in user, refreshing the session and securely requesting only that user’s saved data. Signing out removes the PlugTally account-linked local data from that browser.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after “Accept analytics” is selected. Rejecting analytics does not stop calculators or account features from working. Preferences can be reopened from the footer.
Removing local information
You can sign out, clear the site’s browser data, or use the account dashboard to clear the cloud-saved PlugTally basket, planner and history. Clearing browser data may also sign you out.
